FLUME uses LogMeIn to gain access to your computer; LogMeIn Rescue is a web-based remote support tool that enables FLUME to access, diagnose and repair a remote computer without any need for pre-installed software on your computer system.

If this file does not automatically launch you will need to go to your Downloads folder and search for the filename ‘LMIRescue.pkg’ or ‘LMIRescue.pkg.zip’.
